400 posts, SAILORS, as Chef, Steward.,Hygienist,SALARY Rs. 69,100/-, INDIAN NAVY JOBS for MATRIC PASS

Online applications are invited from unmarried male candidates (who fulfill eligibility conditions as laid down by the Government of India) for enrollment as sailors for 400 vacancies (Approximately) for Matric Recruit (MR) – Apr 2020 batch.

2. Educational Qualifications. Candidate must have passed Matriculation Examination from the Boards of School Education recognised by MHRD, Govt. of India.

3. Job Specifications.
(a) Chef. They would be required to prepare food as per menu (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian including handling of meat products) and accounting of ration. In addition, they will also be allotted other duties as per Service requirement.
(b) Steward. They would be required to serve food in the officers‟ messes, as waiters, housekeeping, accounting of funds, wine and stores, preparation of menu etc. In addition, they will also be allotted other duties as per Service requirement.
(c) Hygienist. They will be required to clean washroom, shower spaces and other areas. In addition, they will also be allotted other duties as per Service requirement.

4. Age. Candidates should be born between 01 Apr 2000 to 31 Mar 2003 (Both dates inclusive).

PAY AND PERQUISITES

5. Pay & Allowances. During the initial training period, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/- per month will be admissible. On successful completion of initial training, they will be placed in Level 3 of the Defence Pay  Matrix (₹ 21,700- ₹69,100). In addition, they will be paid MSP @ ₹ 5200/- per month plus DA (as applicable).
6. Promotion. Promotion prospects exist up to the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer-I, i.e. Level 8 ofthe Defence Pay Matrix (₹ 47,600- ₹ 1,51,100) plus MSP @ ₹ 5200/- per month plus DA (as applicable).N Opportunities for promotion to commissioned officer also exist for those who perform well and qualify the prescribed examinations.
7. Perquisites..
(a) During the entire period of training and thereafter, sailors are given books, reading material, uniforms, food and accommodation as per entitlement.
(b) Sailors are entitled to medical treatment, Leave Travel Concessions for self and dependents, Group Housing Benefits and other privileges. Sailors are also entitled to Annual and Casual Leave, Children Education and House Rent Allowances. Post retirement benefits include pension, gratuity and Leave encashment. All perquisites are extended as per service conditions and their eligibility/admissibility is regulated as per Government orders in force and amended from time to time.

8. Insurance Cover. Insurance cover of Rs. 50 lakhs (on contribution) is admissible for sailors.

INDIAN NAVY INVITES ONLINE APPLICATIONS FROM UNMARRIED MALE CANDIDATES FOR ENROLLMENT AS SAILORS FOR ARTIFICER APPRENTICE (AA) & SENIOR SECONDARY RECRUITS (SSR) - FEB 2020 BATCH ,COURSE COMMENCING FEBRUARY 2020


Online applications are invited from unmarried male candidates (who fulfill eligibility conditions as laid down by the Government of India) for enrollment as sailors for AA and SSR for 500 & 2200 vacancies (Approximately) respectively in the Feb 2020 batch.


 Educational Qualifications.
(a) AA- Qualified in 10+2 examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Maths & Physics and at least one of these subjects:- Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from the Boards of School
Education recognised by MHRD, Govt. of India.

(b) SSR- Qualified in 10+2 examination with Maths & Physics and atleast one of these subjects: -
Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognised by MHRD, Govt. of India.

Age. Candidates should be born between 01 Feb 2000 to 31 Jan 2003 (Both dates inclusive).

PAY AND PERQUISITES

4. Pay & Allowances. During the initial training period, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/- per month will be admissible. On successful completion of initial training, they will be placed in Level 3 of the Defence Pay Matrix (₹ 21,700- ₹69,100). In addition, they will be paid MSP @ ₹ 5200/- per month plus DA (as applicable) plus „X‟ Group pay {only for Artificer Apprentice (AA)} @ Rs. 6200/- per month plus DA (as applicable).

TRAINING AND INITIAL ENGAGEMENT

 Training. The training for the course will commence in Feb 2020, with 09 weeks for AA and 22 weeks for SSR Basic Training at INS Chilka followed by Professional training in the allotted trade in various Naval Training Establishments. Branch/ Trade will be allocated as per the requirement of Service.

 Discharge as “Unsuitable”. Sailors are liable to be discharged as “UNSUITABLE” due to
unsatisfactory performance at any time during the training. Sailors are also liable to be discharged at any stage of training if their documents are found to be falsified at the stage of recruitment.

 Initial Engagement. The initial engagement is subject to successful completion of training. The
initial engagement is for a period of 20 years for AA and 15 years for SSR.
SELECTION PROCEDURE

 Examination Fee. Candidates (except SC/ST candidates, who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 205/- (Rupees Two hundred five only) through online mode by using net banking or by using Visa/ Master/ RuPay Credit/ Debit Card/ UPI. Admit card will be issued for the examination only to those candidates who have successfully paid the examination fee and who are entitled to waiver of examination fee.

INDIAN NAVY INVITES ONLINE APPLICATIONS FROM UNMARRIED MALE CANDIDATES FOR ENROLLMENT AS SAILORS FOR MATRIC RECRUIT (MUSICIAN) - 02/2019 BATCH


 Educational Qualification. Candidate must have passed Matriculation Examination from the Boards of School Education recognised by MHRD, Govt. of India.

 Age. Candidates should be born between 01 Oct 1994 to 30 Sep 2002 (Both dates inclusive). No
age relaxation is permissible.

Musical Ability. Selection is on Merit basis only. The candidate should have proficiency in Aural Aptitude for music with accuracy in Tempo, Pitch and singing one complete song. Should also have actual practical skill on any instrument of Indian or foreign origin with proficiency in tuning of instrument, matching unknown notes with instrument, prepared piece, sight reading of Indian Classical/ Tabulature/ Staff Notation, performance of Scale/ Raaga/ Taala and basic theory of Indian or International music.

Type of Instruments on which Proficiency Required. The candidates would be required to perform with expertise on one or more instruments such as Keyboard/ String/ Wind instruments or any other instrument of Indian or Foreign origin. Candidates performing on Indefinite Pitch Instruments such as Jazz Drums set, Brass Drum, Snare Drums, Side Drums, Cymbals, Non Chromatic instruments
such as Bugle & monotone instruments used to produce only one note or drone will not be eligible for  recruitment.

 Musical Experience Certificate.
(a) Candidates performing Hindustani or Carnatic Classical music on Wind Instruments will require a musical experience certificate from any musical Institute or organization of repute.
(b) A certificate of minimum Initial Grade from International Boards such as Trinity College of Music, London or Royal School of Music, London will be mandatory for candidates performing western notation or western music on Wind Instruments.
(c) Other candidates will be required to submit certificates of participation/ awards presented at
various events.
