Applications are invited from the suitable and eligible candidates for filling up 01 (One)
post of Head Clerk (Group-'B' Non-Gazetted) on deputation basis in the scale of Pay Matrix Level-6
among officers under the Central Government/State Government or Union
Territories;-
POST;Head Clerk (Group-'B' Non-Gazetted)
VACANCY; 01
REQUIREMENT;
(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or
(ii) With ten year's regular service in the grade of Upper Division Clerk in Pay Matrix
Level-4.
Note 1: The departmental officers in the feeder grade who are in the direct line of
promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly
the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.
Note 2: Period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this
appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central
Government shall ordinarily not to exceed 03 (three) years.
Note 3: The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
The candidates who fulfill the eligibility conditions as stipulated above may send their application in the prescribed Proforma through proper channel along with
(i) APAR dossiers for the last five years ( Photocopies of the APAR duly attested by the officer not below the rank of Under Secretary (ii) Vigilance Clearance Certificate (iii) Integrity certificate duly signed by the competent authority and
(iv) No major/minor penalties certificate, if any within 60 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News
