B. ~E LIGIBILITY
Essential Qualifications-
! ) The applicant must be a citizen of India and should be a permanent resident of
West Bengal (the residents of the respective zones will be preferred).
II ) Class VIII (eight) Pass from a recognized School.
Ill) Must possess valid LMV -TR /LMV-Cab License
(Candidates having heavy license will be preferred).
Iv ) Experience for driving for five years ( to be counted up to 16.08.2019).
Desirable- Knowledge in running repairs of vehicles and practical experience of driving
heavy vehicles for two years.
Age limit- Not less than 21 years and not more than 40 years as on 01/01/2019,
Upper age limit for the SC/ ST is 45 years and for OBC 43 years.

Eligibility Conditions:-
Educational Qualification. Candidates scored above 50% marks in Matriculation or equivalent and above 65% marks in the relevant ITI trade recognized by National / State Council for Vocational Training (NCVT / SCVT).

Age. Candidates should have completed 14 years and below 21 years of age as on 01 Apr 2019 i.e. born between 01 Apr 1998 and 31 Mar 2005 (both dates inclusive). Upper age limit of 21 years is relaxable for SC / ST/ PwD / Ex- Servicemen / Wards of Ex-Servicemen and other notified categories.
