FOR RESULT OS SKILL TEST AND List of the candidates qualified in Skill Test (Steno-D)

The Staff Selection Commission had declared result of the Written Examination of the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination 2017 on 21.11.2017. In the said result 8469 candidates were declared qualified to be called for Skill Test for the post of Stenographer ‘C’ and 15004 candidates were declared qualified to be called for Skill Test for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’.
As per the notice issued by SSC on 238.11.2018 it is stated that Skill Tests were conducted by Regional Offices of the
Commission. 3731 candidates (2290 English + 1441 Hindi) appeared in Stenographer Grade ‘C’ Skill Test and 6439 candidates (3955 English + 2484 Hindi) appeared in Stenographer Grade ‘D’ Skill Test.
3 After adopting the following criteria for evaluation of the Skill Test i.e.
(a) Stenographer Grade ‘C’: upto 5% mistakes for UR and upto 7% mistakes for all reserved category candidates.
(b) Stenographer Grade ‘D’: upto 7% mistakes for UR and upto 10% mistakes forvall reserved category candidates.
The number of candidates provisionally qualifying the Skill Test is as under:

Note I:- Candidates shown against horizontal vacancies i.e. EXS, OH & VH have been included against their respective vertical categories as well (i.e. SC, ST, OBC & UR).
Note II:- Candidates belonging to reserved categories meeting the cut-off fixed for UR category are shown in their respective categories.
Note III:- Categories used for processing the result is taken from the data filled by
candidates in their application forms.
4. The schedule of Document Verification in respect of Regions who have not conducted the same i.e. KKR, MPR, NR, SR, & WR will be uploaded on their respective websites. Document Verification is tentatively scheduled from 07-12-2018.
