Typist (i) A pass in Bachelor’s Degree
(ii) A pass in the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting Higher Grade in English and Tamil and
(iii) Diploma / Certificate in Computer Course for a period of minimum six months.

The question paper will have 120 Objective type questions with multiple choices on the following subjects covering General Science Physics Chemistry Botany Zoology Current Events History Political Science Geography Economics Science History and Culture of India Indian Politics and Indian Economy Indian National Movement Aptitude & Mental Ability etc.
